Mike Moyer
Author & Inventor of Slicing Pie
Having started a number of companies Mike has also authored multiple books on business and entrepreneurship. Including Slicing Pie, an original methodology Mike has invented to help founders and investors solve specific problems around splitting equity in their startup company. In addition to writing and speaking, Mike is the founder of Fair and Square Ventures, LLC where he invests in early-stage ventures and provides consulting focused on management and revenue generation.
Jane Nevrlka
Fouther & Author of Cofounding
Jana is the founder of Cofounding and author of Cofounding The Right Way. Deciding there must be a better way to build cofounding teams and finding little knowledge or support available, Jana decided to fill the gap herself. With one successful and one failed cofounding experience behind Jana, she has spent the past 10 years learning what’s required to build better business partnerships and combining her legal and business background, now helps founders across the world to build successful and lasting businesses.
Floris van Hoogenhuyze
Co-founder and CEO of WE.VESTR
Before WE.VESTR, Floris successfully co-founded and built two companies in PropTech followed by Barqo, the Dutch market-leading online boat rental platform that he successfully exited in 2021.
Since founding WE.VESTR in 2020, the platform has grown to serve as a portfolio management tool for investors, a Slicing Pie tool for super-early stage founders and as an all-in-one equity management solution for all founders going from incorporation to exit.
